Returns Policy

There should be no reason to return your Two Bums Bikinis as they are all made to an exceptionally high standard. However, if you do find that Two Bums Bikinis does not meet your satisfaction in relation to the quality of our product, we offer a money back guarantee on the product you have purchased.

In regards to sizing Two Bums provides a comprehensive sizing chart to assist you in your purchase. If you are not satisfied with the size on receiving your purchase we will replace the bikini (stock allowable). All subsequent postage cost must be payed by you.

Returns will not be accepted on items which are not in the condition of which they have been dispatched, i.e. all bikini returns must have tags, labels and hygienic seals intact as well as the product must not be soiled, damaged, laundered or used in any manner.

To ensure a full refund or replacement of your bikini follow the steps below:

Email returns@two-bums.com detailing the reason for return within 7 days of receipt of the goods.
You will be contacted within 48hrs with a confirmation of your request and instructions on how to proceed with the return of your goods. Please do not send any product before receiving the instructions to prevent voiding your right of return.
After receiving confirmation from Two Bums send product back (in original condition) to either receive a full refund or exchange of product. Goods must be sent to us within 14 days of confirmation for your return/exchange to be accepted.
If exchanging a product for an alternate size, please ensure to provide a return postage paid express satchel for immediate return of your Two Bums Product. Exchangeable goods must contain the tags and hygienic seal as received.
